Artist Tour MGMT
A bit about me – I’ve been a touring and recording artist for 16+ years, so I bring a unique perspective to tour management. In 2021, I began working as TM for The Band of Heathens when they hit the road again post-pandemic. My road experience and understanding of the artist’s point of view help me navigate the demands of managing tours at this level. I’ve learned to handle anything that comes up quickly and calmly, knowing when to be assertive but never aggressive, and when to be gentle without being complacent. As a TM, I like to think of myself as the “band mom,” taking care of everyone so the artist can focus on their art.
Since joining The Band of Heathens, I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Ray Wylie Hubbard and Hayes Carll when he and the Heathens joined forces to form their new project, Hayes & The Heathens, in 2024. I’ve dealt with everything from bus breakdowns to sick band members to missed flights, while juggling all the logistics, scheduling, production, hospitality, and merch. I also love making off days fun and productive for the crew, and I’m always available to take care of any issues that come up along the way. As a musician myself, I know how to properly handle instruments and take the utmost care handling anything during load ins and outs. In addition to managing tours, I also handle merch sales and make sure everything is squared away financially after every show.
I’m easy to get along with, a hard worker, and always make an effort to connect with the crew while respecting everyone’s space. I’m a good listener and love getting to know people, so I can anticipate their needs and make them feel comfortable. I treat every band and crew I work with like family, and I put my heart into making the experience enjoyable and successful for everyone. At the end of the day, we’re here to come together and celebrate the beauty of our humanity through music. Thanks again for taking the time to consider me. I look forward to hearing from you!
